RESERVATION – Payment in full will confirm your reservation for a one day tour.  A minimum deposit of $50.00 per person must accompany your reservation for a tour of 2 or more days.  To protect your reservation, the balance must be received thirty (30) days before departure or by the date indicated on the flyer.  Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, and no seat can be confirmed without a deposit.  If a tour is sold out, a waiting list is provided.

PAYMENTS – We accept credit cards, personal checks and cash.  Credit cards accepted are Master Card, Discover, and Visa and may be charged by telephone or in person.

CANCELLATIONS - All cancellations must occur 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.  If cancellation is received less then 30 days prior to the trip, there will be NO Refund.  A refund is eligible if the participant attends a child, parent, or spouse's physical health recovery.  Refund is also available to the participant for serious health conditions involving an overnight stay at a medical facility, treatment for pregnancy, or chronic health conditions.  All requests for refunds must have complete documentation.

NO SHOW – No refund to anyone who doesn’t show up at the time and place of departure.

RATES – F&S Tour rates encompass the following: Transportation, admissions, guide’s fees, baggage, sightseeing, hotel accommodations, and meals as described in your itinerary.  We reserve the right to make changes in itinerary (Hotels, Restaurants, Attractions, Transportation, etc.) if they are for the comfort of our guests or due to conditions beyond our control.

TICKETS – Admission tickets are given to each passenger aboard the motor coach.  The theaters reserve the right with or without prior approval to substitute entertainers.  F&S Tours accepts no responsibility and will not issue or offer refunds for this reason.  Seating is determined by the facility; however, all efforts will be made to arrange group seating.

GRATUITIES – Your tour includes all necessary gratuities to bell persons, doorpersons, and dining room gratuities for meals included in the tour itinerary, and all related taxes, unless otherwise mentioned.  Gratuities to guides, escorts and driver, etc., although customary, are not a necessary tour expense.  If you wish, such appreciation should be extended on an individual basis or as a group.  Minimum recognized industry guidelines are ESCORT - $2.00 per person per day; DRIVER - $3.00 per person per day.

TOUR PARTICIPATION – The company reserves the right to reject or terminate the passage of any person whom the company might term objectionable.  In such cases, a refund for unused tour services, less charges imposed by hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, and entertainment tickets, is the limit of F&S Tours’ responsibility.  F&S Transportation, Inc. reserves the right to provide van transportation if the total amount of passengers does not meet the number requirements for a motor coach.  

PARKING – Free parking is offered at both of our departure points.  F&S Tours, Orendorf Elementary/Northeastern School District,  and the Commonwealth Fire Company accept no responsibility for theft, damage, or loss of your parked car or its contents.

• At Orendorf Elementary, Hartman Street, Manchester, PA parking is to the left end of the school parking lot near the gas pumps. 

• Parking at the Commonwealth Fire Hall Parking Lot (Pleasureville Fire Hall), 2045 North Sherman Street.  

SMOKING/DRINKING – Motor coach regulations do not permit smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages aboard motor coaches.  Alcoholic beverages will be transported in the lower luggage compartments, Stops will be made so that smoking breaks can be taken outside the coach.

PROPERTY LEFT ON MOTORCOACH – F&S Tours shall not be held liable for the loss of any property or valuables left on a motor coach when the motor coach is not used for transportation.  Furthermore, anything left onboard shall be considered left at the owner’s risk.

RESPONSIBILITY – F&S Tours, acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of its patrons, in arranging for lodging, sightseeing, and any other services, and as such is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to any act of default of the part of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, lodging, sightseeing, or other services which are a part of this tour.  F&S Tours expressly reserved the right to withdraw any tour or make any change in the tour, with or without notice, that may become necessary, including substitution of accommodations, meals, entertainers, or transportation.
